The service

Waldenwood Consulting helps you plan, launch, and manage your work in one place. You are responsible for the content you create and the way you use the service.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use Waldenwood Consulting.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and store in Waldenwood Consulting. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Waldenwood Consulting to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or produce misleading or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing.

No guarantee

Waldenwood Consulting is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
